So Easy You'll Never Want to Eat Frozen Again!


Pre-heat your waffle maker.  
1 Cup Oatmeal
3 Cups Brown Rice Flour (Michael try Pecan Flour and Let me know if you find it; maybe you can order on-line. I looked at Vitamin Cottage and they didn't have it:( ( I tried coconut flour for these and it didn't work! )
1 Cup Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
5-6 mashed bananas
1 cup macadamia nuts (I ran out and used pecans)
2 tablespoon "Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips."
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1teaspoon of vanilla extract

I could only eat one! These are so filling and satisfying! My boy Nicky ate two, so yes I shared them with someone I love very much!  Happy Saturday
